We have been growing Red Papaya for over 20 years. Skybury was first established by Ian and Marion MacLaughlin in 1987 and is now home to three generations of our family.
The farm covers an area of 470 acres and we employ 90 people.
We were the first grower to introduce new red varieties into Australia with a focus on eating quality and we have invested in our own tissue culture facility to ensure ongoing supply, quality and consistency.
We also grow coffee and have a cafe & roastery on the farm which allows visitors to learn more about what we do.
